Inter centre back Andrea Ranocchia has taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to document his personal preparations ahead of Inter’s Serie A match at home to Cagliari this weekend.

The experienced 31-year-old Italian has been used sparingly this season by Inter manager Antonio Conte with him having been limited to just three appearances across all competitions to date. In his 270 minutes on the park, the former Genoa player has scored a single goal.

“At work ahead of Inter-Cagliari,” he posted.
