A resumption in contract talks between Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Arsenal cannot be ruled out according to a report from French news outlet Le 10 Sport.

Talks took place between the parties earlier on in the season but were put on hold with the Gabonese international striker looking to receive assurances over Arsenal’s plans and ambitions for the future.

Inter have been strongly linked with a move for the 30-year-old recently and Le 10 Sport also report that Inter have not held any talks over a potential move but they are definitely interested in signing him.

The Nerazzurri club actually expressed an interest in signing him this past Summer but the overall cost of a deal proved to be an obstacle for them.

It could remain an obstacle for Inter this Summer too unless Lautaro Martinez is sold and then Inter could use those funds to help them land the former Borussia Dortmund man.
